With over 20 years of experience in real estate, David Swinford has built a career rooted in expertise, integrity, and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals. Specializing in farms, land, and investment properties, David’s deep understanding of the market makes him a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike.
Originally from Fayetteville, TN, David moved to Chattanooga 30 years ago to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. After starting his career teaching PE, he transitioned into real estate. Since then, he has continued to buy and sell properties with a true passion for land and rural real estate.
As a lifelong rancher and cattleman, David sees parallels between working with people and livestock—both require guidance, patience, and understanding. He thrives in the ever-changing nature of real estate, embracing the opportunities and challenges that come with each day.
Outside of real estate, David stays busy with his teenage and pre-teen kids, who are actively involved in sports like football, cheer, track, and lacrosse. Between practices and games, life is full, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
